Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate notification once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, new product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 6–18 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location and the shipping destination. This estimate is in addition to the order processing time described above.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Transit times can be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, weather, and other disruptions.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, based on your destination and the shipping method selected. Any applicable promotions, such as free shipping offers, will be reflected at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping notification.
5. International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated window, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience, and we're happy to help track down your order if it appears to be significantly delayed.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
8. Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears stuck in transit for an extended period, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
